The decapod crustacea associated as obligatory commcnsals of the stony coral Pocillopora damicornis L. was studied in Gorgona Island. All of the crustacea collected were described on the basis of their color and some were rediscribed morphologically so that this can be used in the future in the Colombian Pacific. A review of the distribution of these species in the Indo and American Pacific is given. The following species were reported: Harpiliopsh depressus Holthuis, Fennera chacei Holthuis, Thor amboinensis (De Man), Synalpheus charon (Heller), Alpheus lottini Guerin- Meneville, Synalpheus digueti Courtier, Domecia hispida Eydoux & Souleyet, Trapezia ferruginea Latreille, Trape'zia digitalis Latreille.Downloads
